Using the electronic addresses that have been provided to him by each creditor, the liquidator of the bankruptcy of Crown Forex SA, in liquidation, Mr Laurent Winkelmann, has sent by e-mails, on July 29 and 30, 2021, a second circular, individually to all creditors admitted at the schedule of claims, whose claims filed to the bankruptcy have not been fully rejected, in relation to a partial dividend distribution.
Creditors who have not received said circular are requested to contact the liquidator of the bankruptcy of Crown Forex SA, in liquidation, Mr Laurent Winkelmann, by e-mail : l.winkelmann@nomea.ch and liquidation-crownforex@nomea.ch.
